It is difficult to know where to begin, so much is broken, but through a series of posts I hope to encourage others to stop for a moment, close their mouths and consider what they are being fed. To begin with “Renewable Energy”, really the “Intermittent Energy” fantasy needs to be truly exposed for what it is, lunacy on an unbelievable scale. The issue is that with so many vested interests and a veritable army of useful idiots holding Arts Degrees, it makes any cogent, intelligent debate all but impossible. Chris Ullman, being a true news professional, has taken the time to ask questions and actually look at the data, what a wonderful exception to the news media brigade that parrot talking points released by vested interests in media handouts. Chris’s documentary, “The Real Cost of Net Zero: The shocking truth of the renewable energy push”, succinctly highlights the fact that renewable, “Intermittent”, energy will not power a modern society.
To clearly state my position, global CO2 emissions are rising, the impact cannot be quantified but a thinking person would say let’s not experiment with the only place we have to live. I believe that steps should be taken not to just abate global emissions but to begin the extremely energy intensive process of lowering global CO2 concentrations. Fossil Energy is derived from an exothermic chemical reaction (the reaction gives off energy), removing the CO2 from the atmosphere will require endothermic chemical reactions (reactions that require energy in order to proceed), makes sense really.
“Renewable Energy”/”Intermittent Energy” is the greatest misallocation of time, energy and effort in all of human history. Instead of solving the problem this idiotic fantasy, that is just making a small cadre of people super rich and cannot work, is actually adding to the problem, global emissions that is. If one country emits more in producing solar panels than a gaggle of countries save in reducing their emissions by using them, then can no one see the insanity of this proposition. It is global emissions fools, not a single countries emissions that count and global emissions are rising at an accelerating rate. News flash, the rise in emissions that has accompanied this headlong rush into unfit technology has gained society nothing, it has just added to the problem.
The resources, the energy, the time wasted on renewable fantasies have only seen the problem worsen, that is, rising global CO2 concentrations. When you find yourself in a hole, the first order of business is to stop digging. This site is dedicated to driving change in the way people think about energy, particularly renewable energy.
